Press-On Nails

How do I apply these nails?

    1. We recommend starting off with freshly washed and dried nails.
    2. File your natural nail’s free-edge to a short length.
    3. Lightly buff your nail plate to remove shine and gently push back your cuticles with the wooden cuticle stick.
    4. Use an alcohol wipe to clean and remove dust. Ensure your nails are completely dry.
    5. Apply a bonding agent or dehydrator (not included).  This is not required but it does extend the longevity of the nails.
    6. Apply the adhesive: glue or nail tabs.
    7. Apply your Luxury Press-Ons.

    How long will my nails last?

    The longevity of your Luxury Press-Ons depends on your preparation and adhesive method. Our Luxury Press-Ons last between 1-2 weeks with glue and 4-5 days with nail tabs. You also have the ability to reuse your Luxury Press-Ons with the use of nail tabs only.

    How do I find out my nail size?

    There are two methods to finding out your nail sizes:

      • Purchase a Sizing Kit (Highly recommend). Located under the "Extras" tab.
      • Measure your nailbeds using tape, writing utensil, and measuring tape or ruler.

    If you plan on measuring them using the second method, follow the steps below:

    1. Place a piece of tape over your natural nail.
    2. Using a writing utensil, mark the widest part of your nail plate.
    3. Remove tape and place on a surface and measure the distance between your markings. Record the value in millimeters (mm).

      Can I reuse my Luxury Press-Ons?

      Of course! I highly recommend you sanitize the nails and gently buff any existing glue from the back of the nail before reapplying. Make sure your nails are cleaned and thoroughly dried before reapplication. Use the same steps listed above, under the question, "How do I apply these nails?".

      How do I remove these nails?

      Don’t try to force off the nail enhancements and do not soak them in acetone or nail polish remover if you want to re-use them.

      If you plan to reuse:

      • Apply cuticle oil around your cuticles and soak your fingers in warm soapy water.  Gently rock the nails back and forth while they are soaking in the soapy water. This will help the water loosen the adhesive.
      • After about 10 minutes of soaking your fingertips, remove them from the water and attempt to detach the nails.

      If you plan to discard:

      • Pour some acetone or nail polish remover in a glass bowl and soak your nails for about 10 minutes. Carefully loosen and remove the nails. Gently buff your nail and apply acetone to wipe off any remaining glue. You will not be able to reuse the press ons with this removal method.

      What comes with a Luxury Press-On set?

      Each order comes with nail glue, nail file, nail tabs, cuticle stick, buffer, and 2 alcohol wipes. An additional kit can be purchased as an add-on.

      What if the nails I purchased don't fit?

      We are very appreciative for your order. Please make sure you size your nails correctly, as we are not held responsible for the wrong sizes submitted. We have Sizing Kits available and highly recommend purchasing one in the shape you desire to ensure the perfect fit. Click here to order a Sizing Kit.

      If you ordered a pre-set size and the sizes are off on a nail or two, we suggest purchasing replacement nail(s).

      General

      Can I cancel or return my order?

      Cancellations made within 24 hours of the order will be honored.  Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting product returns at this time to help prevent the spread of the virus. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times. All sales are final.

      My package's shipping status says "Return to Sender", can you resend it?

      Yes of course! Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then add the Reshipping Fee to checkout and we will send it back to you.

      My package was marked as lost, missing, or "delivered" by the shipping carrier but I haven't received it, what should I do?  

      Once your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier and the tracking number has been updated, we are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occurred during transit.

      We are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.  We highly recommend ensuring Route Package Protection is enabled during checkout. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen.
